Brilliant place for one night and pleasant and exceptional staff. Plenty of food at the savoury and tasty breakfast. Airy & soundproof rooms with tea & coffee making facilities as well as jarringly fast WiFi. Delicious dishes, very central location to walk from Buchanan station. Great value for money, good service.

i stayed in this hotel for 1 night and loved it. it was a modern place, had really good and very pleasant staff on late shift. the property was in a magnificent location close enough to the main shopping area of town and train links. meals were outstanding, and there was the hengler's circus near the hotel.

Good location, nice staff. Only 15 minutes from the airport and still not far from the centre.
Old carpet, no refrigerator for an executive room. More bathroom hoes would be good.

Hotel very centrally located. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room small but completely sufficient and above all clean. Breakfast was rich and at a fair price.

Good location walking distance to theaters restaurants and shopping. Clean rooms with good shower. The radiator in our room made loud noise during the night it didn't matter if they were on or off. They helpfully moved us to another room to the front of hotel which was noisy with car traffic.
Good location, shower and breakfast.
Noisy plumbing.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Important points can be easily reached by public transport. Upon request, we were able to change the initially assigned room.
The hotel has no parking spaces. For 2 days we have paid £30 parking fee. First we were assigned a room in the basement. Very dark and not corresponding to the price. The breakfast room was also located in the basement. All a little uncharitable.

Friendly staff
The room advertised was not what I was given. On your web it states "This room offers contemporary décor with solid wood furnishings and traditional sash windows. Many have high ceilings, and cast iron radiators. Bathrooms are compact, with white ceramic tiles, a power shower and large mirror." I got low ceiling, stuck in basement room with no window to look through. the light did not switch off so I had to sleep with light on.
